2022 will be a pivotal year for resource management and environmental law in New Zealand with the expected release of the Natural and Built Environments Bill and Strategic Planning Bill along with the Emissions Reduction Plan.
The Thomson Reuters 4th Environmental Law & Policy Conference will provide a forum for meaningful discussion on these and other areas of reform including freshwater, three waters and urban development.
The conference aims to provide practical, pragmatic guidance for those that work in the environmental space.
