In its 5th year, the HealthyWork Conference will challenge, inspire and expand your understanding of worker health and wellbeing.
For workers to flourish and reach their full potential with the least exposure to harm, we need to create work and workplaces that acknowledge the physical, emotional and psychological needs of workers.
This year the conversation turns from why to how.
Businesses are beginning to acknowledge the importance of wellbeing as a core part of an overall people strategy. But to be successful in the long-term, health and wellbeing initiatives need to be strategic, supported by an overarching framework and have buy-in at all levels of the business.
With two international speakers and a host of local experts, HealthyWork 2019 will present the case for better and healthier work design.
For those wishing to extend their learning we will also be running two optional separately bookable workshops;
Pre Conference workshop - Monday 25 November, 9am - 4pm, Cordis Hotel
Good work design: A practical 'how-to' adopt human-centred design
Sara Pazell, Viva! Health at Work
Post Conference workshop - Wednesday 27 November, 9am - 4pm, Cordis Hotel
Benchmarking and controlling critical psychological risk
Dr Peta Miller, Peta Miller WHS Consulting
We look forward to meeting you at HealthWork 2019.
